My Easter stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from local attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including fresh fruits and pastries - a great start to the day.
The hotel's internet connection was a bit weak, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family back home. the noise from the nearby street could be heard in my room which was a minor inconvenience.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay with great service from the staff. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and pastries to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located close to popular attractions and the airport, making it easy to get around.
It would have been nice to have more staff members available during the busy Xmas season. the lack of a 24-hour front desk made it difficult to get assistance when needed.

The hotel's intimate setting and warm service make for a cozy and enjoyable stay. the owner, Ignacio, provides helpful recommendations and engaging conversations about Mexican politics. the breakfasts are delicious, especially the huevos rancheros and chilaquiles. the rooms and beds are beautifully decorated and comfortable. the common room feels like a grand living room, creating a homey atmosphere.
The noise from the street can be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.
